ArtNight (the “Company”) operates theartnightchicago.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing content and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. If you are a European Union (EU) resident, please note that there are a number of provisions in this privacy policy that apply uniquely to you.

This includes information provided when signing up for our Newsletter, Donating to The ArtNight, entering contests, and when filling out the RSVP form for ArtNight events.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 12, 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modification to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment and consent to abide by and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. Notice of any material changes to this Privacy Policy will be provided through the email address you have provided to us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

By accessing The ArtNight website (the “Site”), you are indicating your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use are subject to change by the ArtNight at any time in its discretion. Your use of this Site after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes. Please consult these Terms of Use regularly.

Restrictions on Use

All material included on this Site, and any other Site owned, operated, licensed or controlled the ArtNight, such as text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software (the “Content”), is the property of The ArtNight, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
